Limited Edition Beef Barbacoa Burrito

(in Mexican cooking) beef, lamb, or other meat that has been slowly cooked with seasonings, typically shredded as a filling in tacos, burritos, etc.
We made another limited batch of beef barbacoa, using various kinds of chilies, spices, slow cooked until tender and pull apart. Wrapped it up in a wheat tortilla with pineapple salsa, mature cheddar, fajita style veg and rice&beans.
Resulting burrito is a med spicy, moderate actually but packed with flavors.

Product is frozen and comes in packs of 10 individually wrapped burritos. Each burrito weights ca. 180g/6.3oz.
