對我來說, 最好吃的狀態是餅皮酥脆且內餡溫熱, 感覺很接近現做的餅.
每條墨西哥捲的包裝紙都烘焙用紙, 加熱時請不要拆開, 適用於所有加熱方式.
目前最佳的方式為前一天拿到冷藏解凍後烤箱20分(180C) 或小烤箱(4-5分, 翻面再一次).
